Here’s some actual news : the 18th and the 19th (and 24th) I’m going to be at Borders, gift wrapping. It’s for donations to pay for my stem cell transplant. (Yes, it still needs to be paid…) Granted most of it is paid for! Thank you Lordy Lordy!!! But I think all that I need left is the medications, and the rest of the extras.
I love wrapping presents! My mother used to help Santa wrap and that woman does all this fancy bending and folding – you had moral dilemmas ripping that sucker open. When we visited family – her wrapping job was always outside of the ring of gifts, last to be opened… I honestly don’t think we gave the greatest gifts but they looked fantastic!
If you know me – you also know I love giving presents! I love that surprised expression of “*Natasha*, if you don’t stop this you’ll have exactly 2 cents in your bank account and I don’t have any money to give you later!” It’s always little stuff – the better I know you – the better the stuff… (I hope!) People are so responsive to small gestures. I hope when I’m rich someday – I’ll be a member of several museums, public zoos, and an upstanding member of The Lupus Foundation. (We all have our causes.) Next year for christamas, I just want to warn those people who are here I’m going to do something completely unheard of… okay – so of course it’s HEARD of… BUT ~! *oh* nevermind….
- No, it won’t be jumping, naked, out of a cake! *sheesh* some people….
Tomorrow, if God wills it, I’m going to meet John. Here is something cute for all you cute people… We both have aohell… *duh* and you can talk through your computers to each other – he’s even got a video camera on his. I get to be a voyeur and watch him – he can only hear me *EVIL LAUGH*… so when we’re awake enough to notice our computers have these features, we use them. *lol* I have to get a web cam… I’m going shopping for one after x.mas…..now if my parents get a faster internet connection I'll be the happy.ist
For all you – Connecticut compadres, it’s cold today. Nice. Your missing it! ((I wonder how cold it is over there?)) I miss you guys to bits!!!!
- my littest sister just said the greatest "Lovesong" ever was depressing.... she doesn't like it....
....well.... that is IT~!.... she's getting her eyebrows shaved off in the middle of night.....*innocent grin*
